GCSE Food & Nutrition Exam

Our year 11 pupils completed their first 3 hour practical exam this week for their Food Preparation and Nutrition GCSE. All 30 pupils did us proud cooking and presenting a three course meal (including the washing up!)

They had to research, prepare and cook three dishes that demonstrate technical skills for either an entry to the final of the Young Chef Competition or for a local garden centre café wanting to update its traditional children’s menu.
